[PD] Bug? (Tcl) UNHANDLED ERROR: bad window path name

Dear list, I'm using pd vanilla 46-7 on OSX 10.9.5.
Sometimes, when I save an abstraction within a GOP abstraction within a main patch (see attached patch), I get this error :
(Tcl) UNHANDLED ERROR: bad window path name ".x28ecf0.c"    while executing"winfo toplevel $tkcanvas"    (procedure "pdtk_canvas_getscroll" line 2)    invoked from within"pdtk_canvas_getscroll .x28ecf0.c"    ("uplevel" body line 11)    invoked from within"uplevel #0 $docmds"

In my example patch it happens when I save ABS.pd which can be found in GOP.pd (first open BUG_clic_on_me.pd).
The problem disappear either when :
-I remove the number box from the graph-on-parent window in GOP.pd-I remove one of the two GOP.pd abstraction in the main patch-I unclick the graph-on-parent box in GOP.pd abstraction properties.
(note that I just switched from pd-extended to pd-vanilla this week, just in case it's relevant to this problem... conflicting configuration files laying around my computer maybe???)
Is it something I should be worried about? It doesn't seem to be causing any problem, but I would like to avoid any bad surprise.
It seems a similar problem was mentioned on this list in 2012 but It's not clear what was done about it.
