[PD] libpd: Is the multiple instance support such that could be utilised already using the C lib or will there be a more complete way of "managing instances"?

I’m participating in the development of Pd Pulp and was thinking of whether I could use the experimental multiple instance support already in a VST context.

Any ideas?
