[PD] How's Pd limited?

If you're standing atop the CPU, maybe.  Even if the oscillator isn't hooked up to DAC its 
"perform" routine will run every block, causing the CPU to do work at regularly-recurring intervals. 
So the ground might get warm, maybe causing some wind around your ears... :)
