[PD] MIDI specifications for Multidimensional Polyphonic Expression (MPE) in Pd

Damn, that sucks!

Wish they would have asked me!
Lots of things are missing. This probably breaks legato playing on multi
channels and a multiple of 12 for the pitchbend range is a joke ...
There needs to be an independend bending command for fine bending and coars
bending. :-(

Still have to read it in full. So far I'm not excited.

It doesn't use any new midi status bytes so at least implementing it in Pd
doesn't seem like any problem.

some new objects for MPE Midi is on Max's new update, just googled it to see
what it was
