[PD] Deken problem installing certain libraries - Rasbian

I'm having a problem installing certain libs via Deken.
For some libraries it works fine for others (like ext13 in this case) I get
this error message:

apt: :install failed install pd-ext13=0.17.1-2
	Did you provide the correct password and/or
	is the apt database locked by another process?

Can anybody help me resolving this issue?
