[PD] know if audio is in patch?

unfortunately, this doesn't work reliably.
e.g. if this is loaded in a patch containing [block~ 8192] it will
detect audio as OFF.

i find that the attached version works more reliable, though it will
also take some time to fetch the DSP state (rather than being able to
report it *now*)
