a = input device 1-4
b = input channels input 1-4
c = output device 1-4
d = output channels output 1-4
4 = sample rate
d = delay (ms)


[; pd midi-dialog a a a a b b b b c d (

a = input device 1-4
b = output device 1-4
c = number of input channels
d = number of output channels
