[PD] [PD-announce] pd 0.47-0test2 released

Yep, there was a serious problem with sigmuns~ threshold testing... should be
fixed now.

I don't want to touch fiddle~, working or not - it's way obsolete.  However
I did add a note to that effect in its help file :)
