[PD] "WARNING: duplicate '...' library found

I forgot to mention that if a path in pd-externals isn't added into path 
preferences, pd won't find it.

the only way I've found to fix this issue is about removing 
::sys_searchpath from ::helpbrowser::build_references

I'll do that after each update until someone fixes this in the tcl or pd 
code...
