[PD] LibPd on microcontroller

Yes.  (Max/FTS, 1990)... not with this partiular codebase.  But it would
be great if it were possible to supply open/read/write/close, etc., to
Pd as a library faked as in Max/FTS so that it could run on a no-OS
processor.
