[PD] help compiling vanilla on mac

ok, so i did it... followed these steps:

git clone https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data.git -b autotools_updates
cd pure-data
./autogen.sh
./configure
make
make app

and... voilá... got me a compiled pd app!

but then, it does crash when i try to add an object, haha

well... I'll just wait until things get merged into miller's git master and
get more stable ;)
