That’s not Apple here. They’ve deprecated Carbon since 10.7 which was many *years* ago now but you can still link to it. In fact, I’m still surprised it’s still available in OSX 10.11.

The real issue is portaudio not being updated as the new APIS have been available for *years now* as well :)
