[PD] Cannot change blocksize (Mac OS X)

Hi all -

I should just disable block-size setting on Mac.  It's never needed.  (There's
an I/O  blocksize control in Max/MSP that actually sets latency; this is done
in Pd using the "Delay" setting instead.)
