[PD] Granular Synthesis External

Many thanks for all your comments Lucas, Julian, Jose, and others, very
glad to know you find the external useful.
We will add a standard pd  help file to the distribution as you suggested.
Le me know if there is something not working properly or if you have
questions or suggestions.
