[PD] w32 Deken package issues.

Yes of course, I think I can handle downloading and testing(1), but Deken has no option for getting the url and searching puredata.info for “externals.zip” gives too many results that I can not start.
Do you have any tcl or something for w32 urls?
(1) it`s a patch that opens and close all .pd one after the other, if some dll is missing it stops because of the Os dialog. It works on win8.1 and earlier, not win10. And in an clean (no pd-extended installed) machine.
