[PD] w32 Deken package issues.

Notes for the tests:
I have to close and restart Pd on each pkg test, if not, there was danger of false test as if a given .dll was loaded previously it remains loaded.
In this sense I think there's no problem that there are multiple pthreads.dll as if its already loaded other objects that needs it will have it already loaded.
Didn't test it but I think there will be no problems alla “warning multiple pthreads.dll”.

using the deken-search backend (as used by the plugin) and some awk/grep
foo, i created the attached list of deken packages for w32.
