[PD] sending Art-Net from PD

So,

 I understand its not a difficult format to just pack together, but its
kinda surprising how little i can find searching the web for 'puredata
art-net' beside people asking about it and then getting suggested
alternative protocols :D

 Question being, does anyone have a abstraction/external for sending
Art-Net packages, preferably broadcasting?
