[PD] Externals: which library they belong to and where to download the sources

Thanks, it works now, after adding the [declare ...]. I also had to remove
the folder name from the object itself (eg, [zexy/limiter~]). So I'll have
to modify all my patches, at least the ones that use externals. I can live
with that, I guess. And I like 'deken' so far, it makes it much easier to
install externals. But doesn't that mean that most, if not all, of the help
patches for externals are broken now? Because AFAIK, they don't include
declares. It's not much work to add them, but someone just learning PD
might not know what the problem is. You just expect them to work
automatically.

David, did you [declare -lib zexy] in your patch?
