[PD] PdCon16 NYC Calls are open

Hi all,

Curious about the Pd submission requirements.  I see that Page 1 of the PDF
is to be anonymous, but do the application materials (Page 2) (links to
software, video demos, demonstration of artwork) need to be anonymous as
well?  Should I avoid using my youtube/soundcloud channel and/or personal
website to host these materials?
