[PD] pack_bang: warning?

a coule of small updates:
- instead of using [pack f p], I tried [list append]. Now the warning
doesn't appear.
- by changing a toggle order later in the row, the output is correct.

Nevertheless, I would be interested to know what the warning means, and
why is it better (?) to use list instead of pack.
