Set a lower minimum OS X deployment target via -mmacosx-version-min. Example: https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/blob/autotools_updates/configure.ac#L55 <https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/blob/autotools_updates/configure.ac#L55>

I think, by default, if you do not set a min target it’s set to the current SDK you use when building.
