[PD] Pd Extended in Mac doesn't load externals

Hello list,

a friend is complaining that pd-extended doesn't load the externals on his
mac. Does anyone has any hints on how to fix this? All code is made with
namespaces, e.g. [zexy/tabdump] etc.
