[PD] pix_write error

Hello,

[pix_write] crashes Pd when I send a bang to the left inlet (Windows 8.1,
NVidia GeForce GT 610).

I've attached a patch that produces the error, as well as a screenshot
showing the error message.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
