[PD] abl_link~ for windows ?

Hi Jean-Yves,
Since the Link external uses the standard pd-lib-builder setup, it should
be straightforward to build on Windows. It would be great if somebody who's
set up for Windows development would build abl_link~ and upload it to
puredata.info :)
