[PD] nusmuk externals for windows?

Hi,

The 32 bit binaries are Ok.
No need to do 64 bit externals as Pd is only 32 bit on Ms-Windows.

Use the ones on Cyrille`s website. They will work perfect on your win10.

hello
distortion~ is an abstraction, so you can grab it on my website, or in pd svn. it's on nusmuk-audio.

pbank is in nusmuk-util, i've got a version compilled for windows, but it's old (2014), so i don't think it's 64 bit.
if anyone can compile it  for win64, i'll be glad to have it.
