[PD] help compiling vanilla on mac

The autotools_udpates branch has been merged, which means all the commits it had are now in the master branch. After the merge it was deleted.

This means just checkout the master branch: git clone https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data.git <https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data.git>
