[PD] Error opening properties dialogue of 'flatgui/knob'

Hi!

Whenever I try to open the properties dialogue for a 'flatgui/knob', I get
an error message in the console log. The dialogue box does open, but the
bottom part with the colour palette and the Cancel/OK buttons isn't
displayed. You can see an example in the attached screen prints (I just
used the knob-help file to reproduce the error).

I'm running PD 0.47.1 under Windows 7. Is anyone else getting this error?
I'm not sure if anyone is maintaining this library, so I don't know who to
report it to.
