[PD] Menu bar height (differences across platforms)

I see your point about being consistent within a certain platform. And
am I happy that I'm not the only one who finds Pd's menu bars on Linux
too high. Is that also configured in pd-gui.tcl? I wasn't able to spot
it at a first quick glance.
