[PD] Strange GUI broken on Windows 10

Some of my students found this problem. This problem only occurs on some
Windows 10 systems. I do not know the details yet, but I will check it
again later. Anyone know why this problem occurs?

This is VU-Meter [vu]

Pd-0.47-1
Windows 10 (Korean OS)
