[PD] refresh MIDI device list on run

Never worked for me (for audio devices neither), I always had to restart Pd :-(. Also with audio devices.

Hi all,
does anyone know if it's possible to "refresh" the MIDI device list while Pd is running? i.e. you plug a new device on run.
