[PD] expr issues

Hi, given a recent bug I reported
https://sourceforge.net/p/pure-data/bugs/1293/

and someone's request that we should have a more complete and updated
expr-help.pd file, I thought I'd make this more complete revision of the
object, so I found another issue, and also have proposed some
updates/features.

And I'd also like to volunteer to create a complete/full documentation of
expr functions to be included in the next pd release.
