[PD] Patch cords not showing

Hello, I have compiled pd 0.47-1 on Xubuntu 16.04.2 and the patch cords
that don't show exept if they are in a straight vertical line.

I found a message from Peter Venus saying the same thing happens on a RPI 3
with the OpenGL driver so it is maybe a problem with my crappy video card?
(It is an onboard intel card).
