[PD] $0 for subpatches

it would be REALLY handy to have something that works like $0 arguments,
but for subpatches, not abstractions.

some use cases i can think of, off the top of my head:

* subpatches with delwrite~ / delread~ pairs
* subpatches with signal s~/r~ or throw~/catch~ pairs
* subpatches with control s/r pairs
* subpatches containing an abstraction which needs to only communicate with
its parent subpatch

that's something i have wished for, for years now.
