[PD] new old externals on deken and github

Hi all,
deken packages for all my objects on github are now available for the architectures
- OSX 32 and 64 bits
- Linux 64 bits
- ARMv6 32 bits

The linux and ARM binaries are untested. Please report any inconveniences.
