[PD] regex problem on windows

there is little i can add: if the zexy binary has been compiled without
regexp-support, then there is no regexp support (no matter which
additional software is (not) installed).
the regex.dll has obviously been compiled *with* regex support (and
consequently requires libgnurx-0.dll)
