[PD] HOA library - SN3D correction

The site frequently is down, it's a shame but I can't do anything myself...
but thanks for reporting the problem :)
You can use HOA with pd 0.46 in 64bits. I don't know what's the problem
with the 32bits version.
Anyway I'll try to publish a new release of the library at the end of the
summer.
