[PD] Abstraction to translate raw MIDI data from Tonal Plexus keyboard?

I'm new to Pd, so I thought I should check:

Has anyone written an abstraction to translate an H-pi Tonal Plexus
keyboard's output (conventional integer MIDI note numbers, on various
channels) into Pd's MIDI-note-numbers-with-decimal-fractions?
