@IOhannes i click Find in the main patch window. type a word to search for. when something is found in a subpatch, the window of the subpatch flashes up, but is immediately obscured by the main patch window, together with the Find pop-up. checking with Pdext: it should only be the Find pop-up that gets on top. rolf
