[PD] unauthorized (was soundhack PD externals)

grid and playlist should definitely be rewritten, perhaps from scratch. I
mean, they are both very useful GUIs, perhaps a new code from scratch with
a different name? I wouldn't consider a vanilla GUI, based on data
structures, the best solution for replacing this.
