[PD] Open Source application to edit/save the loop start/end points of a WAV

Hi, I'm looking for an Open Source application to edit/save the loop
start/end points of a WAV (preferably in MacOS). Any hints? Moreover, is
there any external that can detect this so we can use it in a patch?
