[PD] testing some 0.48.0 GUI updates

I know it's not new, but since you've asked for feedback :p

Audio and Midi preferences can be reached by going in File/Preferences or
Edit/Preferences or Media.

Couldn't we have this sorted ? (see Purr Data /pd2lork)
