[PD] Automatic upload from CI to Deken

Hi,

Would it be acceptable to upload library binary from continuous integration
service (i.e. Travis and Appveyor) to Deken ?
In my case, it would be a pd library build for Linux (x86_64 and arm),
Windows and Mac OS X.
And it would be triggered by tag about twice a month.
