[PD] trouble with pd-0.48-0 and multiple screens

I've managed to get unxpected behavior on linux with XFCE desktop. When
I place the second monitor to teh left or right of the main one things work OK,
but if I place it either below or above, make a subpatch on the external
monitor, close&reopen it, it pops up on the main monitor instead. I'm not
sure if this is the same misbehavior I'm hearing about in windows and Mac or
not... will keep fooling with it and see if I can learn anything.

cheers
Miller

In digging further, it seems Tk provides ways to check the offset to the main screen via the winfo vroot* queries. I'll try some tests tomorrow and it's probably an easy fix...
