[PD] Support Gem/Deken Development

Hi,

The idea was exposed by Cyrille Henry about the needs of supporting Gem 
development. I see also some needs about Deken developpement (as a real 
package manager with dependencies helpers), but may be later.

We (the Reso-nance Numérique team) approve this idea and and we could 
give some money. If we are between 100 or 200 persons, it could be 
possible to help Gem developpers. We could launch a crowdfunding thing 
on kickstarter for instance or may be there is a better way to do that.

What would be the goals (64 bits, AVFoundation for Mac OSX, ...) and the 
amount of time/money to reach ? How do you feel with that kind of 
initiative ?
