[PD] 32 bit linux build in Deken for else lib?

Hi, I can't build for 32bit Linux, but a couple of people usually do that
and send me it so I can upload to deken.

Please let me manage uploading the package files, cause if you upload them
yourself, I won't be able to delete them and upgrade them.
