[PD] Windows test builds

Howdy all,

A few of us have been working to make Pd *much* easier to build on Windows (including 64 bit Pd). At this point, it seems as though most of the major stuff is in place.

I've added two 32 bit Windows builds to: http://docs.danomatika.com/pdbuilds <http://docs.danomatika.com/pdbuilds>, one with the default Tk 8.5 and another with Tk 8.6.8. Can some Windows people give them a try? I'm curious to see if these work with Windows 7 & 8 as they were built with Windows 10.
