[PD] Trying to use Pduino on Windows 10, error messages at initializing

Hi!
Newbie over here... -also a non programmer, non native english speaker.
Just a biologist interested in music and cognitive sciences.

I'm trying to make a set of drumpads using Pd so I installed Firmata 2.2 as
well as Pduino 0.5 from the Hans site: https://at.or.at/hans/pd/objects.html

I tried to run it but I get a bunch of "couldn't create" messages like
these:

I've tried to change the externals path so that it matched the Pduino
Folder but still getting the errors

I'll really appreciate any help, it'd be important for letting me use Pd
for my undergrad project.
