[PD] Browser UIs for vanilla Pd patches

TLDR: Pd's GUI already talks to the core over a socket. If the messaging were sufficiently generalized, there isn't really a reason why the GUI couldn't be *anything*.

TLDR 2: I don't want to solve my own problem or a problem for just our apps. I'd like to for us to tackle it for *everyone*. :)
