[PD] shrinking subpatches!?

in the project I'm working on I have a couple of subpatches which shrink vertically whenever I close and open them... 
I made a funny little patch to demonstrate the issue. can anyone reproduce this on his/her machine? 

I'm on Pd 0.48.1 Windows 7
