[PD] pix_opencv on linux

Hi,

So obviously, pix_opencv needs opencv 2.4 and you have version 3.1.

So there are 2 options :
- grab opnecv 2.4 or built it yourself.
- rebuilt pix_opencv against opencv3, but I doubt this will work out of the
box, opencv API changes a lot between 2.4 and 3, but this is not a big work
to adapt it though
